Born out of Necessity

Our custom smart monitoring system for ANY hyrdronic heating came about because nothing else on the market was suitable.

One of the key tenets to a Smart Home is a central place to control everything. Our system integrates with Home Assistant, enabling it to form part of your home in a "set and forget" fasion.

Peak/Off Peak Control

Our system can allow for turning off the external heatpump during the peak power usage times. Or simply have it turn on when the solar charge is higher than current usage. Please note that having the correct WIFI module for your altherma is recommended. Eg, BRP069A78 Simply send us your make/model of unit and we can advise what you need to purchase

Rehau 24VAC Actuators

Our system is tested and tuned to run with the Rehau actuators. These actuators are the best on the market.

Full Zone Control

Our system allows individual zones to be turned off and on. Want a room a bit cooler? then that can be adjusted for. Want the system to turn off when all zones are to heat? This can be done with most external heatpumps.

One Relay to Rule them All

Our smart system ships with a smart plug that controls the actuator box. The advantage of this setup is we can turn off the relay and the pump when they aren't needed.

Pump Override

We allow the pump to be connected to our smart system. This allows our configuration to turn the pump off when all relays are turned off. Saving the pump from burnout.

Team Effort

We can either just supply the boxes or are happy to work closely with your hydronic installer to ensure a seamless setup. All systems come with 4 hours of remote support to assist with during the setup stage. Want us to come onsite and install and train you in how to use? just ask!

Costs

A typical cost for a system installed is $1899 for a single manifold solution up to 8 zones. This cost includes setup of your system and delivery to where you are. Each manifold requires its own box, however the smarts behind it are only required once per site. This means that we can offer a $400 discount for each subsequent manifold at your site.

This price does not include the Rehau Actuators as we don't know how many you will need. We are happy to supply these and the kit will turn up already wired in, or you can send us all your actuators prior and we will wire it up and deliver it back to you.

Thermostats are also not included in this price. We need to know how many rooms require individual thermostats and we can arrange these. Our preference is to use the Aquara Smart Thermostats, about $30 each. They are the size of a 50 cents piece, battery powered (2 years) and look great! However, as one of the big advantages of our system, if you find a thermostat you prefer, then more often than not we can work with that!

Remember, each install comes with 4 hours of remote support to help with the installation. If you want us to come and install it, just give us a call and we can arrange this for a small fee too.

Warranty

We offer a full 2 year warranty. Any issues we can't help you resolve over the phone? just send the unit back and we will send you a brand new one.

Once you start...

Once you start your Smart Home journey you will realise how beneficial it is. From monitoring your solar to controlling appliances during peak/off peak times, you will start to see the benefits. Simple automations such as keeping the bathroom fan on while humidity is above a certain level, or turning on hallway lights as you walk past make your life easier.
